In the Jackson Citizens for Economic Growth’s continuing series on We’re Better Together, workforce dynamics specialist Ginny Baxter will offer her insights on understanding the values and interests of the four generations of our citizens, 6:30 p.m., Nov. 23, at Daryl’s Downtown.
Baxter has more than 30 years of experience in designing workplace environments for optimal comfort and performance with the Herman Miller firm in Zeeland, Michigan. Her work in understanding and designing offices for the four generations in our society sparked an interest in how these four distinct age groups approach their lives; how they work, communicate and interact.
Baxter stresses that all citizens in our communities are assets and we need to appreciate and recognize their value.
